Lawful basis and purpose for processing personal data
The lawful basis for processing personal data is:
- performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
- consent to processing for the purpose of providing direct marketing pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR
- the fulfilment of a legal obligation of the controller, namely the fulfilment of tax and accounting obligations in relation to state institutions.
The purpose of the processing of personal data is:
- the processing of orders and the exercise of rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship
- marketing of the controller
- the fulfilment of legal obligations to keep accounting and tax records
- no automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR on the part of the controller.
Data retention period
The controller shall retain personal data:
- for the period necessary for the exercise of the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship (min. 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship)
- for the period necessary for the performance of legal obligations in relation to tax and accounting matters (min. 10 years from the date of acquisition of the personal data)
- for as long as consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is not withdrawn
After the expiry of the retention period, the controller shall delete the personal data.
Recipients of personal data
We do not provide personal data to third parties except:
- state and public authorities where we are required to do so by law, in particular tax authorities, social security, health insurance, law enforcement authorities, courts and bailiffs
- persons who process personal data on behalf of the controller for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations in relation to payroll, tax and accounting and in the event of the need to secure payment for our services /lawyer/
- persons providing e-shop operation services and other services in connection with the operation of the e-shop

The data subject may request the exercise of the aforementioned rights at any time, by e-mail to info@masterlibrary.pro or in writing to the postal address of the controller's registered office. The controller shall process the data subject's request in relation to the aforementioned rights within the statutory time limits (30 days).

The controller declares that it has taken all technical and organisational measures to secure personal data.
